Complaints, Compliments, Suggestions & Feedback

We value your feedback, suggestions and compliments. You may also make a complaint here which will be sent directly to one of our independent non-executive directors for review.  Your matter, or a summary, may be provided to the Board of Directors as part of our continuous improvement approach. 

Suggestions as to how we can do things differently, or better, as well as compliments and feedback are welcome.

To make a complaint, compliment, suggestion, or provide feedback, email us at: by clarifying the type of communication, and specifically if it is a complaint.  Please be as clear and factual as you can, sharing with us the outcome that you would like.  Provide your name and contact details if you would like us to get in touch, so that we can respond to you personally.  

We aim to resolve complaints within 10 working days.  If we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will explain why.
