Marilyn has devoted the past 40 years of her corporate life to HR. Her most recent role was the Head of HR for Brookfield Australia Investments Limited the parent company for Multiplex and BGIS, and many other companies across Australia and Asia (the latest being the 42 hospitals of Healthscope). This role led and supported the HR teams in Australia and Asia for all Brookfield companies and staff (~20,000 people).
Prior to this, Marilyn held HR Management roles for 6 years each, at Nestle Australia Limited, Development Dimensions International (DDI) and Digital Computers as well as consulting roles while raising a family.
Marilyn has been an active Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Sydney Cove and, in 2019, was responsible for the resurrection and daily management of the Early Bird Café program at St Stephens Church in Sydney which feeds in excess of 100 homeless people each working day.
More recently, Marilyn relocated to Milton to run the family cattle (Angus beef) farm on the NSW South Coast.
