Full payment is required 72 hours prior to delivery of the workshop.
100% will be refunded for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date.
50% will be refunded for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date for the workshop.
No refund is possible for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the workshop date.
All workshops can be moved into an interactive live online mode of delivery if required (eg due to COVID lockdown or isolation rules).
