Nicole brings a unique blend of skills to corporate training and coaching, with experience and expertise acquired as a medical doctor, senior manager and a nationally accredited mediator.
In her training and coaching, she applies proven processes that help people untangle disputes and move to resolution. She is dedicated to helping people identify issues; illuminate underlying interests, needs and fears; creatively problem solve and to clarify options so that individuals can make informed decisions about moving forward.
As a trainer, Nicole pays particular attention to tailoring delivery to the needs of the people she is training.
She has experience both facilitating and coaching for numerous Australian organisations, particularly in conflict resolution skills.
