She brings more than 25 years' experience in training and psychology services for corporates, government, not-for-profit, schools and private practice in Australia, Japan and Hong Kong.
Larissa is qualified in many psychological frameworks including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Solution Focussed Therapy.
She uses evidence-based coaching processes and a positive psychology approach to help people flourish through interactive training and coaching.
